INGREDIENTS
We believe in reading labels and encourage you to do the same. We list all the ingredients in the skincare products we offer so you are informed of what you’re putting on your skin. We seek products that offer the best and most honest selection of natural and organic skin care. These are not mass produced products that flirt with the concepts of natural and organic because they contain one herbal ingredient. But you don’t have to take our word for it – do your own research, ask questions, and demand complete and honest answers. We do.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, prices of certain items may change before we have a chance to update them online. If your order is affected by one of these changes, we will contact you to confirm an updated price before shipping. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact Customer Service if you have any specific questions.

We try to keep all items in stock and ready for immediate shipment, however there are times when our product quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product. If the expected ship date is unacceptable, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express® and Discover. Do not send cash as payment.

Canceling & Modifying Orders
Because your order is processed as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been received. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact Customer Service at 201-946-9000, 11:30am-8:30pm EST or email us at orders@skinorganix.com.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to New Jersey. Application of sales tax may be subject to change.


SHIPPING INFORMATION
Track My Order
We will email you your tracking number so that you may check on your delivery.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated at check-out.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon EST on the date your order is entered into our system. Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday.

Additional Shipping Charges
Additional shipping charges to Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands may apply. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

International Orders
We currently do not ship orders outside US and Canada.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes. Orders sent to APO/FPO will be shipped via certified US Postal Service Mail.



RETURN POLICIES
Skin Organix guarantees the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell. But more importantly, we want you to love what you purchase from us. Sometimes, however, even the best product may not be what you need or expected…

So we gladly accept returns of unopened items in their original condition and of opened items that may have caused an allergic reaction**. Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Skin Organix cannot accept returned items if more than 30% of the product has been used under any circumstances.

**An allergic reaction is a visible inflammatory response characterized by various rashes, such as eczema, hives and contact dermatitis.

In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 30 days of the original ship date. If you would like to return an item, please call us at 1-201-946-9000 or send an email to returns@skinorganix.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.

When sending an item(s) back, please note (on the original packing slip), which item(s) you are returning, and whether the item(s) is: a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction**, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.

Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the above procedure to return it and receive a refund, and place a new order for the new items you want. You will be responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items.

If you are shipped the wrong item, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost and will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense. In the case of items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately or within 5 days and retain the original shipping carton and damaged item for inspection by carrier.

*Please note: In instances where a non-defective item(s) is returned for a refund, Skin Organix will reimburse the value of the item(s) less the original shipping charges. If free shipping was applied to the order the original deivery charges will still be deducted.

Appointment Booking Policy
Our Booking Department will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. If we don’t get a chance to speak with you and leave a message, we require you to call back to confirm.

Facial appointments can be made by phone by calling 201 946 9000. Sorry, we do not take online appointments yet. You can speak with a booking agent during hours listed below or leave us a message. We will return your call as soon as possible:

Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-8:30pm
Saturday 11:30am-5:30 pm
Sunday 11:30am-5:30 pm

Facial Appointments
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an appointment by calling us at 201 946 9000. Please give us at least 12 hours notice.
